# You write a tour once, in your own language, and the rest are written for you

Write a tour's name and its description once, in your company's language, and the app writes the other five a few seconds later. Your own screens always show the name exactly as you typed it, and a reseller reads it in theirs with your name beside it, so they can still say the one you know. Tours now also carry Short description, What is included, What to bring and Meeting instructions, optional and written the same way, which a reseller reads on the tour card to answer a guest without phoning you. Child seat descriptions work like this too, so nobody has to write German any more. Open Other languages under a child seat's description, or the row of languages at the top of a tour's form, to read what the app wrote with your original underneath, type your own wording where you want it, and Back to automatic hands a language you have worded yourself back to the app.
