# The Privacy page now covers the text your office types

The Privacy page was updated on 23 September, and it now describes what happens to the words your office writes for other people to read. A tour's name, its description and a child seat's are sent out to have the other languages written, together with your company's other tour names so that a place name does not come back translated away, and the answer is written into your company's languages. No booking, no guest and no passenger goes with them. The page lists every outside service TourCockpit uses, what each one is sent and where it sits, and it is kept current with whatever it describes.
