# Say who is standing in front of you once, and the day answers for them

Guests and the language now sit above the day's tours, beside the date you already pick, so a family at your counter is described once instead of on every card. Every card then reads for that party: what it costs them, whether the seats are there, and a line such as 2 seats left, they are 3 when they are not. A card that cannot take them says which it is, the seats, the languages the day's guide speaks, or a departure that already runs in two. Add booking opens the form with the party and the language already filled in, and every field is still yours to change.
