# The pickup grid comes to the booking row

Under the hotel on the office's booking forms, one line now names the hotel's zone and what the pickup grid answers for that tour from it: Zone South, the grid says 08:15, or that the tour does not stop there, or that the cell is not set yet. A manager can click the zone to open that very cell on the Pickup times tab, in a tab of its own, so the booking being typed stays where it is. Where the tour has no answer at all for that zone, type the time and tick the box underneath to use it for every future pickup of that tour from there, and the time joins the company's list too. The Pickup times tab itself now opens on the grid, with Company times tucked one line below it.
