# The office hears what a reseller did, and Team says who hears it

A colleague's move or cancellation no longer sends the rest of the office a WhatsApp or an inbox item. What reaches the office is what a reseller did on their portal, or what a manager did for them in **View their portal**. The **Notifications** grid on **Team** shows who receives **Reseller bookings** and **Sign-up requests** at your company, one box per person, and the same boxes sit under **Edit** on each row.
