# The office hears about every move and every cancellation

Every booking moved to another departure and every cancellation now reaches the whole office, whichever screen or door it came from, and nobody is ever told about their own. The inbox item names the tour and the day the booking went to instead of saying only that it moved, and a drop that changes the order inside one departure tells nobody at all. The message on WhatsApp ends with a button that opens that booking itself, on whatever day it now sits on.
