# Send the day's board to your office and your crew

One Export button over the board now opens one sheet for all three files: the PDF a guide can hold, the spreadsheet for this day or the next seven, and the picture made for WhatsApp. Choose the file, then Download it, Email it, or send it on WhatsApp: tick the people from your own office and your own guides and drivers, with one tap for everyone on a tour that day, and press Send. There is no box to type an address, because the day carries guests' names, rooms and phone numbers and so never goes to anybody outside the company, and the file that was sent is kept for thirty days. If somebody did not get it, pressing again goes only to them. The small clock beside the date opens the whole day's history in place, and Print View is gone.
