# A manager can put a change back

Revert now sits on the entry in the Activity Log, and in a booking's or a departure's History, and it shows exactly which fields go back, one line each, before anything happens. It is a change like any other, so it goes through the same checks as the original and tells the same people, and only the newest change to a field can go back: if somebody has changed it since, the list says who and when and asks you to undo theirs first. Both entries stay in the log, linked to each other, and a revert can itself be reverted. The log also stopped holding what is not a change to your data: signing in or out, setting a password and opening a reseller's portal with View as operator leave no line at all.
