# Open an extra van when a tour is full

On a day the tour company has left a van free, a full tour can still be sold. Its card offers **Open an extra van** in place of **+ Add booking**, and **Extra van, other tour** under the tours lists the other tours that can run in one. Booking it opens a new departure in a van your party fits, the office is told at once, and other desks can join it. When a tour leaves twice at the same time, it now shows as one card with the seats of both vans added up.
