# Say where your guests are staying, and the day answers for that place

Pickup from now sits beside Guests and the language above the day, so you can say where the party is staying, by zone or by hotel. Every card then reads for that place: the pickup time there, or that the office will set it, while a tour that does not collect there folds under a line that counts them and says why, and the departures nobody can add to gather in one list at the bottom. The cards come in the order the tours leave, each carrying its start time, and Add booking opens the form with that hotel already in it. The date bar at the top stays with you as you scroll, with the whole month one tap away, and the question mark beside it holds the office's own number first. A hotel the office does not have on its list is not taken: the form says so, and the office can add it for you.
