# My sales counts the tours that have run

My sales counts the tours that have already run, up to today, so this month fills in day by day and a month ahead is empty. A tour still to come can still change, a party corrected, a cancellation, a move to another day, and counting it would give you a figure that quietly drops later. A line under the tables says so on the screen, and the tour company's own month is counted exactly the same way, so your figures and theirs stay the same arithmetic.
