# Operators shows which agencies book on their own, and who to invite next

The **Operators** screen now helps you move each agency onto its own desk. It opens on the **Operator sign-up link** with its QR code, then how many operators book on their own, and every operator's line says where it stands: **Not invited**, **Invited, not joined**, **On board** or **Books on its own**, with **Invite** to send an invitation in one press. **Invite next** lists the operators that still book through the office, the most valuable first, and **To review** gathers the upcoming bookings a desk entered itself, so you can check them before the tour. On **Bookings**, the **Entered by** filter shows who entered each booking.
