# Leave a van free, and a full tour can still be sold

Tick **Free van** on a vehicle in **Reference Data** and **Can run in a free van** on the tours it may take. On a day that van is on no departure, a tour operator whose tour is full can open a new departure in it, and whoever receives reseller bookings is told at once. On the board, that departure says who opened it and which van, for example *Opened by a TUI booking, van 4742*, so you know it still wants a guide. Both boxes are off until you tick them.
