# Financials counts the tours that ran

Every figure on Financials is money that happened: it counts the tours that ran, dated up to today, so the current month fills in day by day and a month ahead is empty. A tour still to come is a projection whose bookings can still change, and a guide's row was counting those as well as the tours nobody booked, so the sheet you settle up from now reads lower and truer. Length not set joins the cards and the per-guide table, so Corti, Larghi and Length not set add up to the excursions. The Commission settlement counts the month the same way.
