# Every request to sell your tours waits for an answer

A request from an agency that wants to sell your tours is now kept until somebody answers it. Requests waiting sits at the top of Operators whenever one is open, a card each with Approve and Decline, and the same request lands in the inbox of everyone who gets the email, so losing the email no longer loses the agency. Answering it once clears it for the whole office, which is also why two managers can no longer invite the same desk twice. Decline asks once, records who declined it and when, and sends the agency nothing.
