# Every file you export is kept, and the log says who it reached

Every file the office exports from the board, a download as much as an email or a WhatsApp message, is now recorded and kept exactly as it went out for twelve months. The Activity Log shows Board exported with the file, the day it shows and how it left, and Exports under What narrows the log to those alone. An email or a WhatsApp send lists every person it was for and whether it reached them, and says It reached no one when nobody got it, which is the answer you need when a guide tells you the day never arrived. Open the file gives back the exact file, a PDF or a picture in a new tab and a spreadsheet as a download, for the person who made it and for the company's Owners. That day's History lists its exports too, and an export cannot be put back, because a file that has gone out cannot be taken back.
