# A manager can give a seat away

A manager can now put someone on a tour who pays nothing, a group's team leader or a new rep learning the route. Choose Free as the payment and the form's Total reads zero, the amount is zero on the day's totals and on every export, and the manifest's CASH column says Free so the guide knows it was meant rather than forgotten. The seat still counts against the seats left, so the board stays honest about what is available. Only a manager can make a seat free, and only a manager can charge for one that was.
