# Pricing: €300 a month, plus 1% of the bookings you take through the platform

One published price, the same for every company: €300 a month for the whole platform, and 1% of the value of the bookings taken through it. No setup fee, no minimum term, no charge per user or per vehicle.

## What does TourCockpit cost?

The €300 is invoiced monthly. The 1% is listed on the same invoice, one line per booking, for the bookings the platform took that month. It grows with your season, so the price is never renegotiated.

## What is the 1% charged on?

On the value of the bookings taken through TourCockpit: the seats your tour operators, hotel desks and agencies book themselves in the operator portal, and the bookings the office keys into the board. Every one of them appears on the invoice with its date, its tour and its amount.

Nothing is charged for card processing, because TourCockpit does not touch the money: you invoice your operators and take your cash exactly as you do today. The percentage is a line on our invoice to you, never a cut of a payment.

## How does this compare with the rest of the category?

Booking software for tour and activity companies is usually sold as a subscription plus a percentage of every booking, typically 1 to 3%, with a separate payment-processing fee and often a fee per ticket on top. In Germany, Austria and France most operations vendors publish no price at all: a five-vehicle company cannot learn what the software costs without entering a sales cycle.
