View as operator drops a manager into a reseller's portal exactly as that desk sees it: their calendar, their tours, their prices, their bookings. It exists for support, the "let me just add that for you" moment. Everything you do in there is real and lands on their plate, and every change is logged under your own name.
Their world, with their limits. The menu shrinks to the portal's Daily Board; the office screens wait until you exit. You see their availability calendar, the day's tours at the list prices, and only their bookings, never another agency's guests. A tour reserved for a different operator is simply not there, exactly as it is not there for them. Even the commission figures an Owner normally sees stay off screen while acting.
Completely. A booking you add is a real booking on that operator's plate, one they see, edit and cancel like any of their own. And it is attributed honestly: the history reads your name acting as the operator, so the record always says who really typed. The office's booking alerts fire exactly as they would for the desk's own booking, and they too name you as the one who acted.
A banner sits on every page while you are acting: Acting as the operator, with the reminder that changes land on their plate, logged as you, and an Exit button. Exit returns you to the office Daily Board with everything back: your menus, your role, your screens. To look at a different operator, exit and pick again.
They lose nothing. Their portal keeps working while you are in it, even at the same moment; anything you added is simply there among their bookings, and their own work continues untouched. What protects everyone is the attribution: the history names the real actor, so a booking added in view-as never masquerades as the desk's own.
