# Operators: the agencies that book with you, and their desks

The Operators screen holds everything about the agencies that sell your tours: the link they sign up with, every operator, the people at each desk who have an account, and a way into each operator's portal. The office's own people are on Team.

## What is on the Operators screen?

At the top, the Operator sign-up link card: the link and QR code an agency uses to ask to book with you. Under it, a search over operators, people and email addresses, the form to Add operator, and one line per operator: its name, how many people at its desk have an account, and View portal. Retired operators come last, struck through.

Open an operator's line and it shows the people at that desk, each with the same columns and actions as on Team, and an invite for that operator already chosen. An operator with nobody yet says so.

## How do I add or retire an operator?

Type the name in Add operator and add it; it is in the board's T.O. picker at once. Edit and Retire are behind the three dots on the operator's line. Retiring stops it being offered while every booking it already made keeps it.

Signed in as the Owner, each line also shows the operator's commission, and the add and edit forms carry it. It belongs to the Owner alone: no other role sees it, on any screen.

## How do I give someone at an agency an account?

Open their operator and fill in Invite a desk user: their name and email. They get the invitation and its reminders, choose a password, and from then on book through the portal for that operator only. Or send them the sign-up link at the top, and approve the request when it arrives.

## What does View portal do?

It opens that operator's portal exactly as their desk sees it, so you can support them, add or cancel a booking on their plate. You stay signed in as yourself the whole time, and every change is logged under your own name.
