For tour operators
My Team lists the people from your agency who can sign in and book, and lets you invite a colleague yourself, without going through the office. Everyone you add books on your agency's behalf and sees only your agency's bookings.
Your own agency's people, and nobody else's: each row is a colleague with their name, Email, and whether they are Active or Deactivated. The heading carries your agency's name and how many of you are active. Other agencies never appear here, just as you never appear on theirs.
Your colleague receives an email whose link opens Choose a password. They set their own password, are signed in, and from then on sign in with email and password. The link stays valid for seven days; if it expires, invite them again.
Everything you can: check availability, book a guest, and edit or cancel your agency's bookings. Every booking they make carries your agency's name, and the office also sees which person acted, because each booking and each change records who entered it.
Deactivate on their row, then confirm. From that moment they cannot sign in, and their past bookings stay exactly as they were. Deactivating here is one way: a deactivated row shows Contact the office, because restoring someone is the office's call, not the desk's.
Your desk's world, nothing more. A colleague sees your agency's bookings and availability the same way you do. Another agency's guests, bookings and numbers never appear, for them or for you.
