For the office
Financials is the monthly reconciliation, built automatically from what the board already recorded: no data entry, no hand-maintained formula. Pick a month and it adds up the cash, the days and the tours; for the Owner it also settles the month with each tour operator. Staff work the board; this screen belongs to managers and the Owner.
One month at a time, stepped with Previous and Next. Four totals head the page: TOT CASH, TOT ESCURSIONI, TOT CORTI and TOT LARGHI, the office's own words for the money, the excursions, and the short and long tours of the month. Under them sits the RIEPILOGO, the per-guide table.
One row per guide: Cash collected, Days worked, Corti, Larghi, and Tours, with a bold TOTAL row closing the table. Cash is the sum of what that guide's manifests recorded as cash payments; tickets and prepaid bookings count as tours, not as cash. It is the sheet you settle up with each guide from, and it is always exactly what the board says, because it is computed from the board.
A month counts by the day the tour ran, not the day the booking was made: a booking taken in September for an October tour belongs to October's page.
The Owner's month-end reconciliation with the tour operators. One row per operator: their Commission percentage, the Bookings they placed on the month's tours, the Gross those bookings sold for, and the Net owed after commission, largest operator first. Direct bookings the office entered itself carry no commission and stay out of it entirely.
The commission is applied per booking and then summed, so the total is exactly what the operator can verify line by line against their own records. Like the rest of the month, a booking settles on the tour's date, whichever day it was sold.
