# Company: the settings and the apps connected to it

The Company screen holds the one record that is your company: its language and time zone, the booking rules, the numbers tour operators see, and the apps that read its data from outside. The people who sign in are on Team.

## What are the company settings?

The company's own settings, in one line at the top of Company: its language, its time zone, the booking cutoff and the cancellation notice. Edit opens them all as one form, saved as a whole:

- Language is your company's own, and two things read it. Every email goes out in it to anyone who has not chosen a language yet, an invitation included. It is also the language you type your own text in, a tour's name and description and a child seat's description, and the one every other language is written from; each row keeps the language it was saved in, so changing this later leaves what you have already written exactly as it was.
- Time zone is the clock the company works on, and it is the clock the two settings below are counted on. Twelve hours before an 08:00 tour is 20:00 the evening before in the office, whatever the hour is where the person reading it sits.
- Booking cutoff is how many hours before departure the cutoff falls. After it, a move on Bookings is refused; the board and a tour operator's portal still take a booking for that departure.
- Cancellation notice is how long before departure a tour operator can still cancel their own booking. It is never below 24 hours, the EU floor. After it, Cancel on the desk's side opens a note with your office number instead of cancelling, and the office cancels for them.
- Default party fills the minimum and maximum of a new tour; Office phone and WhatsApp are the numbers tour operators see on their portal.

Managers and the owner both edit the card. The house commission for new operators is the owner's alone and is not in a manager's form at all. Every save is in the Activity Log under Settings.

## What are the connected apps?

Under the settings, Connected apps lists every app someone in the company has connected to TourCockpit, such as Claude or ChatGPT, with who connected it, when, and when it was last used. Each reads only what that person can see and cannot change anything. Disconnect stops it at once.
