For the office
Plans change all morning: a family switches tours, a departure moves to Thursday, two vans run to the same coast. Everything already placed on the board can be dragged, moved or edited in place, and every change keeps the rules: capacity, crew conflicts and pickup times are checked for you.
On a desktop, take the grip at the left edge of the row, the handle named Move this booking, and drop the row on another tour block of the same day. The seats are checked on the drop: if the target cannot take the party, the row simply returns where it was.
Moving never invents a departure: a day with nothing scheduled says No tours scheduled that day. Place the tour on that day first, then move the booking into it.
A pickup time that is already set travels with the booking, untouched: a time the guest has been told never changes behind your back. Only an empty time is filled in, from the new tour's own grid. The price, on the other hand, is always recalculated at the new tour's rates.
Click anywhere on the row and it turns into the same form the add row uses, with every field editable in place. Enter saves, Esc leaves the booking as it was. On a phone, tapping the booking opens the full-screen form instead, which also carries the two note fields.
Cancel, at the foot of the row's Actions menu, takes the booking off the board after a confirmation and frees its seats immediately. A cancelled booking disappears from the manifest but keeps its history.
When a block moves to another day, its GUIA, CHOFER and FURGO come along, and each is checked against the target day: a guide already out on an overlapping tour, or a van already running, refuses the move and tells you who is holding it.
Drag a block by the grip in its header, the handle named Reorder departure, and drop it where it belongs. The order you set is the day's order everywhere: on the board, on the printed program and in the exports.
A convoy links tours that drive out together on the same day to the same destination, two vans running the north route as one operation. Linked blocks sit inside one bracket labelled Convoy, with the combined load beside it, for example 2 tours · 11/16 pax, and reordering moves the whole convoy as one.
