For the office
Every change on the board is recorded as it happens: who made it, when, and what the value was before. Nothing the office or an operator does is anonymous, so a moved pickup time or a vanished booking can always be traced instead of argued about. History is a manager's view throughout.
Open the row's Actions menu and choose History. A panel opens with the booking's entries, newest first. Each one reads like a sentence: what happened, who did it, and when, in your own timezone. Under it, the fields that changed, each showing the old value struck through and the new one after it.
A booking is followed for its whole life: created, edited, moved between tours or days, cancelled. Even a booking that has left this day keeps its trail.
The block menu, Tour actions, has the same History entry for the departure itself: when it was placed on the day, every GUIA, CHOFER and FURGO change, the length, moves to other days, and who did each one.
In Export & more, the first entry is History for the whole day. It gathers the complete story of everything on the board you are looking at: every tour of that day and every booking on them, from the moment each was created, newest first. A booking taken three weeks ago for this day shows its whole trail here, not just what happened today.
The small clock beside the date answers the other question, what was done today: it opens the Activity Log already filtered to that calendar day, listing the changes made during it, whichever day's board they touched.
The Activity screen in the navigation is the same record for the entire company, on every screen, not just the board. It is visible to managers only. The Who, What and Action filters and the date range narrow it down: everything one colleague did last Tuesday, every cancelled booking this month, every change to the tours.
