# Adding a hotel from a booking row asks for its zone again

Type a hotel that is not on the list into a booking row on the Daily Board, choose the **Add** line at the bottom of the list, the one that repeats what you typed, and the small box offers your company's zones again. It opens on **Choose a zone** and will not take the hotel until you pick one, because the zone is what answers the hotel's pickup time and what it costs. On a desktop that list had come up empty and **Add** refused the hotel without one, so a hotel you did not have meant leaving the row for Reference Data and coming back. When your company has no zones yet, the box says to add one on the **Zones** tab of Reference Data first.
