# Contact TourCockpit

Questions about the product, a demo on your own tours and operators, an integration, or anything about your data: write to us and a person answers. The form below reaches the same inbox as the address on this page.

## How do I reach a person?

| What it is about | Where it goes |
| --- | --- |
| The product, pricing, or a demo | chip@tourcockpit.com |
| Your account, a booking, something broken | chip@tourcockpit.com, and say which company you are with |
| Your personal data, or a request about it | chip@tourcockpit.com, subject Privacy |
| A security issue | chip@ideaplaces.com, or /.well-known/security.txt |

There is one inbox behind all of them today, which is the honest answer for a company of this size: a message is read by someone who can act on it rather than routed into a queue.

## How do I ask for a demo?

A demo is run on tours, zones and operators that look like yours rather than on a generic dataset, so it helps to say in the message how many vehicles you run, how many resellers sell for you, and which languages your guests speak.

## What happens to what I send?

The message, the name and the address you give are emailed to us and kept as the record of the conversation. They are not added to a marketing list and not sold. The full account is on the [privacy page](/privacy).
