# TourCockpit compared with Vecturex: price, operator portal, daily board and settlement

Vecturex (Spain) and TourCockpit, side by side: what each one is, what each one costs at its published price, and where each is the better fit for a tour or excursion company that sells through tour operators, hotel desks and agencies.

## What is Vecturex?

Vecturex is a Spanish operations planner for tour companies with their own fleet: drag-and-drop assignment of guides and vehicles, pickup points on a map, and an affiliate network with a commission per affiliate and synchronised seat allotments. It is the closest Spanish product to TourCockpit's job, and it prices the opposite way: nothing per month, a percentage on what it sells.

## What does each one cost?

| | TourCockpit | Vecturex |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Platform fee | €300 per month | €0 per month |
| Per booking | 1% of the bookings taken through the platform | 1.5% of gross on OTA bookings, 1% on direct (first year 1% and 0.5%) |
| Setup | €0, onboarding with your real data included | €200 once |
| Minimum term | None, month to month | Not published |
| Users and vehicles | Unlimited staff, operator logins and vehicles | Guides and vehicles are first-class resources |

Prices are the vendors' published list prices as read on their own pages in August 2026; where a vendor publishes no figure, the table says so. Check the vendor's page for the current number.

## Where is Vecturex the better fit?

- Zero per month: a company that sells almost nothing through OTAs would pay very little.
- Drag-and-drop planning with guides, vehicles and pickup points on a map, in Spanish, from a team that ran a DMC with its own fleet.
- An affiliate network with a commission per affiliate.

## Where is TourCockpit the better fit?

- A flat price that does not grow with OTA share: Vecturex's 1 to 1.5% on gross is above TourCockpit's 1%, and it is charged on the gross.
- A month-end settlement per operator, computed from the board, rather than a commission stored on each booking.
- Six languages for the operators and desks who book, and a phone view for guides.

## Questions

Which is cheaper? For a company that sells little online, Vecturex bills close to nothing and TourCockpit bills €300 plus 1% of platform bookings. For a company whose operators book most seats through the portal, the percentages decide: 1% on TourCockpit's side against 1 to 1.5% of gross on Vecturex's.

Is the office board comparable? Both assign guides and vehicles to departures. TourCockpit's board also carries pickup times by zone from the hotel, language warnings on the guide, the manifest columns the office already uses, and the settlement that follows from it.
