# TourCockpit compared with TuriTop: price, operator portal, daily board and settlement

TuriTop (San Miguel de Abona, Tenerife) and TourCockpit, side by side: what each one is, what each one costs at its published price, and where each is the better fit for a tour or excursion company that sells through tour operators, hotel desks and agencies.

## What is TuriTop?

TuriTop is a Canarian booking engine for tours and activities with a resource manager, agent accounts, affiliate commissions and a B2B marketplace. It is public about its price, has no setup fee, can be cancelled any time, and already runs on excursion sites in Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. It is the name a Canarian tour company already knows.

## What does each one cost?

| | TourCockpit | TuriTop |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Platform fee | €300 per month | €29 / €99 / €299 per month |
| Per booking | 1% of the bookings taken through the platform | 2% / 1% / 0.75% on online bookings only; bookings entered in the back office are free |
| Setup | €0, onboarding with your real data included | None |
| Minimum term | None, month to month | None, cancel any time |
| Realistic bill for a company that takes most bookings by phone and through operators | €300 plus 1% of the bookings taken through the platform | About €99 per month on the Pro tier, since the offline bookings carry no fee |

Prices are the vendors' published list prices as read on their own pages in August 2026; where a vendor publishes no figure, the table says so. Check the vendor's page for the current number.

## Where is TuriTop the better fit?

- A far lower bill for a company that mostly keys bookings in the back office.
- A direct-booking widget and a B2B marketplace for selling to the public and to resellers online.
- Local: Canarian company, Canarian Spanish, IGIC handled, and live on sites the buyer has seen.

## Where is TourCockpit the better fit?

- An operations board: plate-level dispatch of vans and guides, pickup sequencing by zone, language-matched guides, printed manifests. TuriTop is a booking engine with a resource manager, not a daily board.
- A month-end settlement per tour operator, gross versus net, from the bookings the board recorded.
- One portal where every operator, agency and hotel desk books its own seats against live availability, on that operator's own commission.

## Questions

Can a company use both? Yes: a direct-booking widget for the public and TourCockpit for the operators, the day and the month end are different jobs. The office board and the settlement are what TuriTop does not do.

Why is TourCockpit three times the price? Because it replaces the spreadsheet and the phone for the whole operation, not the booking form on the website. If the phone and the month-end spreadsheet are not the problem, TuriTop is the cheaper fit.
