# TourCockpit compared with Transfergest: price, operator portal, daily board and settlement

Transfergest (Guia-Albufeira, Portugal) and TourCockpit, side by side: what each one is, what each one costs at its published price, and where each is the better fit for a tour or excursion company that sells through tour operators, hotel desks and agencies.

## What is Transfergest?

Transfergest is the Portuguese platform for transfer fleets: a self-service operator and partner portal, a drag-and-drop dispatch board with driver and vehicle assignment, partner pricing and invoicing, and about 1,200 drivers on the platform. It is the only Portuguese vendor shipping the three pillars, and it is built for transfers rather than excursions.

## What does each one cost?

| | TourCockpit | Transfergest |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Platform fee | €300 per month | €60 / €75 / €89 per month, plus the online booking add-on |
| Per booking | 1% of the bookings taken through the platform | None; plans are sized by operators, drivers, partners and users |
| Setup | €0, onboarding with your real data included | €200 |
| Minimum term | None, month to month | Not published |
| Users and vehicles | Unlimited staff, operator logins and vehicles | Counted per plan |

Prices are the vendors' published list prices as read on their own pages in August 2026; where a vendor publishes no figure, the table says so. Check the vendor's page for the current number.

## Where is Transfergest the better fit?

- A quarter of the price, and the Portuguese price anchor.
- Transfers: point-to-point jobs with a driver and a vehicle, which is what it was built for.
- A connector to Moloni for certified Portuguese invoicing.

## Where is TourCockpit the better fit?

- Excursions: seats on a departure with a capacity, a guide matched to the guests' language, hotel pickups sequenced by zone, a printed manifest. Transfergest has no seat inventory per departure.
- A month-end commission settlement per operator, gross versus net, which a transfer platform does not run.
- A Portuguese interface in a category where the largest European vendor ships none, and five more languages for the operators who book.

## Questions

Can Transfergest run an excursion company? It runs transfers well. An excursion sells seats on a departure, needs a capacity, a guide who speaks the guests' language and a pickup order by zone, and those are what TourCockpit's board is built around.

What about certified invoicing in Portugal? TourCockpit's settlement produces the per-operator figures; the invoice itself is issued in your certified invoicing software. A direct connector is not built today.
