# TourCockpit compared with TourKnife: price, operator portal, daily board and settlement

TourKnife (Spain) and TourCockpit, side by side: what each one is, what each one costs at its published price, and where each is the better fit for a tour or excursion company that sells through tour operators, hotel desks and agencies.

## What is TourKnife?

TourKnife is a Spanish reservation system for activity and excursion companies, more than ten years in the market, with a B2B sales web for intermediaries that carries variable rates and commissions per intermediary. Its entry price is exactly TourCockpit's base, and it is being offered to Canarian activity companies through Kit Digital resellers.

## What does each one cost?

| | TourCockpit | TourKnife |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Platform fee | €300 per month | €300 / €375 per month, unlimited users |
| Per booking | 1% of the bookings taken through the platform | No published per-booking cut; the price is linked to billing volume |
| Setup | €0, onboarding with your real data included | Not published |
| Minimum term | None, month to month | Not published |
| Users and vehicles | Unlimited staff, operator logins and vehicles | Unlimited users |

Prices are the vendors' published list prices as read on their own pages in August 2026; where a vendor publishes no figure, the table says so. Check the vendor's page for the current number.

## Where is TourKnife the better fit?

- Ten years in the Spanish market and a reseller channel through Kit Digital.
- A B2B web for intermediaries with per-intermediary rates, which covers the same ground as an operator portal.
- A price that starts at the same €300.

## Where is TourCockpit the better fit?

- Van-by-plate scheduling, driver and guide assignment with language matching, and hotel pickup run sheets by zone, which TourKnife does not show evidence of.
- A price that stays at €300 as billing grows, where TourKnife's is explicitly linked to volume.
- A per-operator gross-versus-net settlement at month end, and six languages for the operators who book.

## Questions

Both have a B2B portal. What is the difference? TourKnife's B2B web sells to intermediaries with their own rates. TourCockpit's portal is the supplier's own: every operator books against live availability of the tours it is granted, sees only its own bookings, and is settled from the same records at month end.

Does the €300 change with volume? Not at TourCockpit: the platform fee is flat, and the 1% is on the bookings taken through the platform, itemized. TourKnife's published price is tied to billing volume.
