# Why a message came back, and whether it was opened

The list of messages TourCockpit has sent someone could say an invitation bounced without saying why, which left the office guessing at a wrong address. The reason the receiving mail service gave is printed under the status now, in its own words, because putting it in ours would lose the part that tells you what to fix. A manager also sees when a message was first opened and when a link in it was clicked. A person reading their own list sees the status and the reason and no read receipt for their own mail.
