# Plan two vans and the bus on one day, in two taps

Tap a planned day on the Tour Planning grid and the vehicle mix opens over the cell, or comes up from the bottom of the screen on a phone: one row per vehicle size your fleet has, each with a counter, and the mixes your company runs most sitting under Often as a single tap. Set what the day should run and press Apply. Missing departures are planted, empty extras are taken away, and all of them end up in one convoy on the Daily Board, while a departure that already holds bookings, a vehicle or a crew is never taken away and says so on its row. The cell then reads the mix over the seats, so the grid tells you what is running as well as how full it is.
