# Pickup times come from zones, not from memory

Give each hotel a zone in Reference Data, then fill one grid: the pickup time for each tour in each zone. From then on a booking gets its pickup time by itself when the hotel is known, on the board and on the portal. You can still change any time on a booking by hand.
