# The pickup grid counts what is left to set, and takes a new time in place

Every cell of the Pickup times grid starts as Not set, drawn faded, and a line above the grid counts how many are left, so you know when the setup is done. No stop is a choice of its own, for a zone a tour does not collect from: a tour operator booking a hotel there reads that the office will arrange the pickup, and the booking row on the board tells you the same. When a cell needs a time your company does not run yet, type it in the cell and choose Add 08:40 to the company's times, and it answers that cell and joins the list in one step. Times are read however you type them, 8.40, 840 or 8:40 pm, and a manager who types an unusual time on a booking can tick Also add it to the company's times.
