# Say how your guests pay when you book

The booking form has a Payment field beside the child seat, with three choices: Prepaid by your agency, Voucher (TKT), or Cash on board. Pick Cash on board and the form tells you what the guide will collect from the guests. My bookings shows the payment on every row, and an edit lets you change it. Prices stay the office's to set, as before.
