# Add a hotel without leaving the booking

When the hotel a guest names is not on the list, the dropdown's last line now offers to add it with what you typed. It asks for the name and the zone, creates the hotel and selects it, and the pickup time then fills in as it would for any hotel that was already there. The booking is linked to the real hotel from its first save, so there is nothing to go back and fix. Staff can do this from the counter, where an unknown hotel actually turns up; Reference Data stays a manager screen.
