# Cancel your own bookings up to the office's deadline

Every tour company sets how long before a departure one of its bookings can still be cancelled from the portal, and the portal now tells you when that is. The confirmation you get after adding a booking says until when free cancellation runs, so you know from the moment you take it. Up to that point Cancel works as it always did and asks you once to confirm. Past it, Cancel opens a small box saying free cancellation has ended, with the office's number to call, because the office can still cancel it for you.
