# Every email TourCockpit sent you, on your profile

My profile carries an Emails list of every message the product has sent you, and opening one shows exactly what arrived rather than a fresh copy of today's template. On the Team screen a manager sees how many each person has been sent and can open the same list, which is how you check whether an invitation really went out. Every message also carries a line to view it in your browser. Sign-in links are left out of the stored copy on purpose; the working link is in the email itself.
