# Moving a booking keeps the price the guest was told

Moving a booking to another tour, another day or another van no longer changes what it costs. The amount is what the guest was told when the booking was taken, and it travels with them even when the new tour sells at a different price. To charge something else, cancel the booking and take it again, so the change is visible as a new booking rather than a number that moved on its own.
