## Your operators book it themselves

Every tour operator and reseller you work with gets a login and sees live seats on the tours you give them. They book, your board updates while they do it, and the phone goes back to being for exceptions.

## Three things your office does by hand

- **The phone never stops** Every operator and hotel rep calls the office to ask what is free, to book it, and again to change it. Your staff are the API, and nothing is booked until someone picks up.
- **The day lives in one workbook** One person holds the whole day in a workbook and their memory. Up to 100 bookings a day, retyped and recounted by hand.
- **Month end is a calculator** Commission settlements per operator, calculated by hand from the same workbook, one arithmetic slip away from an argument.

Each tour operator gets an account that sees only the tours you grant them, with live availability. They book directly; your board updates instantly. Try it: add a booking the way an operator would, and watch it land on the office board.

## How it works

1. **We load your operation** Your tours, hotels, vans, guides, and operator agreements go in during onboarding. Day one starts with your real data, not an empty screen.
2. **Your office runs the day on the board** Bookings come in by phone, email, or WhatsApp as they always have. Staff enter them once and the board, manifests, and totals stay current.
3. **Operators book through their own portal** Your operators see live availability for the tours you grant them and book directly. The calls about “is there space Thursday” stop.
4. **Commissions settle themselves** Each operator's percentage is stored in the system. Month end produces the settlement report per operator, computed per booking.

## Simple pricing

- Platform: €300 per month. The full platform: board, bookings, manifests, reports. Unlimited staff accounts, vehicles and operator logins. Onboarding with your real data included. No setup fee, no lock-in.
- Bookings: 1% of booking value. 1% of the value of the bookings you take through the platform. Itemized on every invoice, auditable booking by booking. It grows with your season, so the price is never renegotiated.
